Who do you service?

Our aim is to make Enterprise level practices and procedures accessible to people and businesses from all walks of life. Whether you like it or not, IT is a required service in this digital age, and it will only accelerate from this point forward.

Many businesses look at IT simply as an unwanted cost, instead of viewing it as an investment. Following industry standards and security practices not only removes most of the hassle of maintaining an environment, but it can also transform and grow your business. The better your IT infrastructure is, even if it's cloud-based, the more time you have to focus on more important matters.

I don't know what I need!

That's completely understandable. In today's world, there are many different paths that can be taken to reach a desired outcome. If you can let us know what kind of functionality or repetitive business practices you are forced to deal with, we can custom-tailor a solution for you.

How much do you cost?

Unfortunately, that's not an easy answer to give. We custom-tailor our setups for clients based on what they need. It may be very little, it may be more; it depends on how serious you are in advancing your systems, and what your wishes are for how they can be used.

If we require research on our own time to discover a solution, we do not charge for this. Typically, we aim for an hourly fee based on the project and overall time needed to build your solution. This is not a flat fee, and we calculate the cost based on the time required to complete the desired project, and the size of the business/number of users.

We do not take advantage of clients based on IT ignorance. This has been a problem in the IT industry for decades now, and we are not that type of organization. Our goal is to make Enterprise-level solutions available and accessible.
