Terms of Service

Why This Page Looks Different

Min/Max Operations doesn't publish a single, one-size-fits-all Terms of Service, because we don't offer a one-size-fits-all service. Every engagement is scoped to the client's actual environment and needs, and the terms that govern that engagement — scope of work, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, liability, and payment — are documented in a written agreement between us and that client, not on a public web page.

What This Means for You

If you're considering working with us, nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract. Before any work begins, we'll put together a written agreement or statement of work specific to your situation, and both parties will agree to it before anything is billed or delivered.

This approach exists to protect both sides: you get terms that actually match the work being done, and we don't end up bound to generic language that doesn't fit the engagement.

General Principles We Operate Under

While the specifics live in each individual agreement, every engagement we take on is built on the same baseline commitments:

  • Client data and systems are treated as production from the first day of engagement — changes are backed up and documented, with a rollback path, before they're made.
  • Confidentiality of client systems, data, and business information is maintained during and after the engagement.
  • Scope, timeline, and cost are agreed upon in writing before work begins, and any changes to scope are documented and agreed to by both parties.

Website Use

This website is provided as-is, for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no guarantees about completeness or availability. This general note doesn't override or replace any specific written agreement in place between Min/Max Operations and a client.
